Mixed Use Commercial, Office, and Residential

The City of Burlingame has received an application for construction of a new seven-story mixed use development with 7,588 square feet of ground floor commercial/retail, 148,057 square feet of office space and 60 residential units at 1766 El Camino Real, within the North Burlingame Mixed Use (NBMU) area. The application includes a request for zoning code amendment to change the office parking ratio in the NBMU zone from 1 parking space per 300 SF to 1 parking space per 400 SF (was originally proposed at 1:500 SF).

Application Status
This project was reviewed by the Planning Commission at two Study Sessions.  The first meeting was with the Planning Commission on Monday, September 23, 2019.  Documents related to the first study session are provided below.
