The City of Burlingame has received an application for construction of a new seven-story mixed use development with 7,588 square feet of ground floor commercial/retail, 148,057 square feet of office space and 60 residential units at 1766 El Camino Real, within the North Burlingame Mixed Use (NBMU) area. The application includes a request for zoning code amendment to change the office parking ratio in the NBMU zone from 1 parking space per 300 SF to 1 parking space per 500 SF.

Application Status
This project is scheduled for a Study Session with the Planning Commission on Monday, September 23, 2019 at 7 p.m. at City Hall, 501 Primrose Road.  The staff report, attachments and proposed plans are provided below.
