    1766 El Camino Real

    Multi-Unit Residential Project
    1766 ECR - updated rendering

    A new 311-unit residential building at 1766 El Camino Real is currently under construction.  Construction is anticipated to take approximately 24 months.  First occupancy of the units is estimated to begin in July 2025.
