1814-1820 Ogden Drive
The City of Burlingame has received an application for construction of a new six-story, 90-unit condominium building at 1814 - 1820 Ogden Drive, within the North Burlingame Mixed Use area.
The site is currently comprised of two parcels with a one story and a three-story office/medical uses. The lots would be merged and the proposal is to construct a new six-story 90-unit condominium building. The units would be a mix of studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units. There would be 5% of the units offered as low-income BMR units. Parking would be provided at-grade and in one level of below grade parking, with the use of both puzzle stackers and tandem configuration, for a total of 145 spaces. The project includes a public plaza in front the building.
This project is currently being reviewed pursuant to CEQA (California Environmental Quality Act). It is anticipated that the CEQA document preparation will take several months and an action hearing has not yet been set for this project. Please check back on this project page for further updates.

This project was reviewed for Environmental Scoping and Design Review Study at the Planning Commission's January 25, 2021 meeting. There was no decision made at this meeting as it was a study meeting .
