If you are a teacher who works in Burlingame or Hillsborough, you are eligible for a Teacher Card. Visit the Main Library to fill out an application. 

Teacher Collections
If you teach in Burlingame or Hillsborough and need us to pull some books on certain subjects for your classroom call the Children's Desk at 650-558-7400 ext. 3


Class Visits
We offer library visits for classes so that children may have an opportunity to be introduced to the many types of materials we have available at the Burlingame Public Library.

Burlingame Public Library Homework Center

Tuesday, January 16th through Wednesday, April 24th, 2024We welcome Kindergarteners through 8th graders to be paired with a Teen Mentor (with a 3.5+ GPA) for free homework help with reading, writing, science, and math. The Homework Center runs each Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 4pm-5:30pm in the Lane Room on the Lower Level of the Burlingame Main Library.

A parent or guardian will need to fill out a Parent Permission form at their student's first session.
