1. Review Facility Rental page ( you're already here!)
2. Check for availability and submit a rental request HERE
3. Staff will review your permit request and set up a preliminary meeting and tour of the event space.
4. Before a contract can be drafted, proof of residency or non-profit status will need to be submitted.
5. Contract will be created and sent to renter.
6. Once contract is signed, renter will receive email confirmation along with steps to complete deposit payment. Deposit is due by close of business the following day in order to secure rental.
