    Serve your community - apply for a position on a City Commission!

    COMMISSION OPENINGS:  TSPC COMMISSION  & A REPRESENTATIVE FOR THE SAN MATEO MOSQUITO AND VECOTR CONTROL DISTRICT

    Are you interested in finding a way to participate in your community? Then consider applying for appointment to either the Traffic, Safety and Parking Commission or the San Mateo Mosquito & Vector Control District Representative!  The City invites applicants to offer their interest, experience, and enthusiasm in service of their City.           

    Commission members offer their ideas and recommendations to the City Council and City staff in order to help them to make the most informed decisions in the best interest of everyone living, working, and visiting our community.

    At this time, the City is seeking to fill one vacant seat on the Traffic, Safety & Parking Commission. The Council will soon be discussing the possibility of having the Traffic, Safety and Parking Commission meet twice a month. All applicants welcome. The application deadline is 2:00 p.m. on Friday, October 8, 2021. 

    The City is seeking to fill the vacant Burlingame representative seat on the San Mateo County Mosquito and Vector Control District Board of Trustees. The application deadline is October 15, 2021.
