    Library Board of Trustees



    The Library is supported by the City of Burlingame from their general fund budget.  The Library Board of Trustees is a 5 member advisory board, as outlined by the State of California in the California Education Code. Board members advise the City Librarian on community and library issues and act as an advocacy board on behalf of the support of the Library. Members of the Board of Trustees are appointed by the City Council for 3 year terms and may be reappointed.

    The Library Board of Trustees meets monthly on the third Tuesday of the month at 5:30 p.m. Meetings are held in the Conference room on the Upper Level and are open to the public.
