Request for Proposals - APGS & Wayfinding Systems
The City of Burlingame (City) is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to furnish, install, and maintain an automated parking guidance system (APGS) for the new City-owned Highland Avenue Parking Garage currently under construction and a wayfinding system for City-owned parking lots C and Y.
A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held with prospective bidders on Wednesday, September 30, 2020 at 10:00 A.M. The meeting will be held through an online video meeting application. If bidders are interested in submitting proposals, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for online video meeting link details. Proposals should be submitted via email to email@example.com, Attention: Syed Murtuza, Director of Public Works, by 5:00 P.M. on Friday, October 16, 2020.
