    The primary purpose for parking regulations is to proactively manage the City's scarce supply of on-street parking and long term parking lots, promote the economic vitality of the city, to ease traffic congestion and to enhance the quality of life of City residents.

    The City of Burlingame maintains on-street and parking lots to serve customers, visitors, employees, and residents.
