Environmental Review

Some projects, such as new construction of more than 4 residential units or a new commercial building, require environmental review under the provision of the California Environmental Quality Act. The environmental review process will identify any potential impacts of the project on the environment (such as traffic, air quality, visual impacts, etc.) and will identify methods to reduce the impacts. The environmental review application is processed together with any other application to the Planning Commission.
