Have a Waste Reduction Plan

The City of Burlingame has a Recycling Ordinance that requires submission and approval of a Waste Reduction Plan prior to the issuance of a Building Permit. This applies to projects with a valuation of $50,000 or more, to new construction, and to demolition of entire structures.
