1433 Floribunda Avenue
An application for Design Review, Condominium Permit, and Conditional Use Permit for building height has been approved for construction of a new four-story, 8-unit residential condominium building with at-grade at 1433 Floribunda Avenue, zoned R-3. The proposed project includes eight 2-bedroom units. This proposed project replaces the 10-unit condominium previously approved in May of 2015.
