An application for Design Review, Condominium Permit, and Conditional Use Permit for building height has been approved for construction of a new four-story, 8-unit residential condominium building with at-grade at 1433 Floribunda Avenue, zoned R-3.  The proposed project includes eight 2-bedroom units.  This proposed project replaces the  10-unit condominium previously approved in May of 2015.

Planning Commission Action Meeting - September 24, 2018 - The Planning Commission approved the application in a public hearing on September 24, 2018.  The staff report, attachments and plans for this project are provided below.

The Burlingame Planning Commission held a design review study meeting on August 13, 2018.  The staff report, attachments and plans for this project are provided below.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The following are pertinent details regarding the proposed development:

  • Site Area: 9,320 square feet
  • Proposed Units: 8 units (eight 2-bedroom units)
  • Parking:  13 spaces (12 unit spaces and 1 service vehicle space located in an at-grade parking garage; 11 spaces are provided using mechanical vehicle lifts)
  • Building Height: 4 stories, 46 feet to top of building roof
