    Parking Lot Resurfacing Project

    City Project No. 84650 & 83620

    This project improved two public parking lots and three city controlled lots. The layout of the parking lots and quality of the asphalt were improved. In addition, parking lot H added a bio-retention area to reduce and filter storm drainage leaving the parking lot.

    Scope    : The work consisted of parking lot reconstruction on various City lots within the city limit. Construction work included but was not necessarily limited to sawcutting and demolition, pavement removal, earthwork, pavement installation, curb and gutter, storm drain installation, landscaping, striping, and signage.
