Saturday, September 30th. Registration is required and parents must remain with any children under

Let Freedom Read! Banned Books Week Open House
Please join us for a Freedom to Read Banned Books Open House on Saturday, October 7 at 2pm.
We will highlight some of the banned and challenged books in the Burlingame Library collection, and teens will perform response poetry they have written to some of these books in workshops led by the Burlingame-Hillsbourgh Youth Poet Laureate, Lauren Lin.

Burlingame Main Library Children's Room and Easton Library

Burlingame Public Library Homework Center Tuesday, September 5th through Wednesday, December 6th, 2023 We welcome Kindergarteners through 8th graders to be paired with a Teen Mentor (with a 3.5+ GPA) for free homework help with reading, writing, science, and math. The Homework Center runs each Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 4pm-5:30pm in the Tech Lab on the Lower Level of the Burlingame Main Library.
Homework Center will take a break on Monday, October 9th and the week of November 20-22 A parent or guardian will need to fill out a Parent Permission Form at their student's first session. You can find the Parent Permission Form here.
