No deposit is required. Sign up in person at the Water Office in City Hall; by faxing the required information/signature to (650) 685-6138; or by letter, mailed or put into one of our conveniently located drop boxes.

Please be aware that if the water has been turned off at the property, you or someone representing you is required to be present when the water is turned back on.  That person will need access to the inside of the house in order to check the faucets.

Turn-ons can be scheduled weekdays between 9:00 a.m. and noon, or between 1:00 and 3:00 p.m. Specific appointments are not available.
