Following is a link to Title 25 of the Burlingame Municipal Code, the Zoning Ordinance. The City is divided up into various residential, commercial and industrial zones. For commercial and industrial areas, the zoning ordinance specifies what types of businesses can operate in each of these areas and regulates where on a property a building can be placed. In residential areas, the zoning code regulates setbacks, height and contains measurements of mass and bulk.

Zoning Code Revisions
Following adoption of the North Burlingame/Rollins Road Specific Plan and the Bayfront Specific Plan, several new zoning districts were established in these areas. Following are maps which show the boundaries of these new zoning districts. Refer to Title 25 of the Burlingame Muncipal Code for the specific regulations for each of thes areas.
