The Planning Commission is made up of seven Burlingame residents appointed by the City Council.  Meetings are held twice a month, on the second and fourth Mondays of the month.  The Planning Commission takes action on many different types of Planning applications, including residential design review, condominium permits, conditional use permits and variances.

Planning Commission agendas are posted on the website the Thursday before the upcoming meeting.  Minutes are generally posted several days after a meeting.  Please see the links below for Planning Commission members, and a list of major projects now under review or recently approved.
