Welcome to the Burlingame Youth Advisory Committee page!
Youth Advisory Committee members have the important duty of advising the Parks and Recreation Commission and the Recreation program staff as to the concerns and interests of youth and teens in the Burlingame Community. This may include programs relating to safety, recreation, alcohol & drug awareness, education, special interests, sports, community involvement, socialization, politics and policy, community development, and environmental concerns.

What's The Scoop on YAC?
We're off to an amazing start of the year for youth and teens in Burlingame. You can be part of the action! Although the YAC board has been selected for the school year, we're always looking for extra volunteers to assist at special events and activities. To inquire about YAC activities, teens can attend our general session meeting held the second Tuesday of the month from 7:00-8:30pm at the Burlingame Recreation Center or shoot us an e-mail.
