Message From the Chief: 

I hope that by visiting our website, you will obtain a comprehensive understanding of how our department is organized and the multitude of services we offer to the public. Even though we are a small department, we do offer a wide variety of services which directly benefits the Burlingame community and our employees, as well. 

As you will see, the police department is organized into two major divisions, each of which is overseen by a police commander. These divisions are the Field Operations Division and the Support Services Division. 

Our employees are responsible and dedicated public servants, committed to providing a high level of professional law enforcement services to the Burlingame Community. I welcome public comments about the service offered by our employees and use those comments to insure that our
department is providing the best level of service to the community we are sworn to protect and
serve.
